Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have answers. Here are some of the most common inquiries we receive from new students.

Getting Started

What do I need to start my driving lessons?

All you need is a valid Provisional Driver's License (PDL) from the VID. If you don't have one, we can guide you on the simple process of obtaining it, which involves passing a theory test.

Do you offer lessons for automatic cars?

Currently, our entire fleet consists of manual transmission vehicles as this is the standard for obtaining a Class 4 license in Zimbabwe. We aim to introduce automatic vehicles in the future.

What areas of Bulawayo do you cover?

We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services within the Bulawayo CBD. For locations outside this area, a small surcharge may apply. Please contact us to confirm if we cover your area.

Lessons & Packages

How long is each driving lesson?

Each standard lesson is one full hour of practical, in-car training. We believe this provides ample time to learn and practice new skills without causing fatigue.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. We require at least 4 hours' notice for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled lesson may be subject to a fee.

The Driving Test

What happens if I fail my test?

Don't worry, it happens! Your instructor will discuss the feedback from the VID examiner with you and create a plan for a few targeted refresher lessons to focus on those specific areas before you re-book your test. Our goal is your success, no matter how many tries it takes.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, EcoCash, and bank transfer. Payment for packages is required upfront to secure your booking.
